Before you request a plan

A short equipment inventory
is a helpful first step.

  • System details

Manufacturer, model, location and whether you are asking about an X-ray system, DR panel or both.

  • Current arrangements

Existing maintenance or service coverage and any known equipment issues.

  • Your goals

Tell us whether you need a one-off maintenance discussion or ongoing contract options.

Let’s talk about your maintenance needs.

Use the service form and select preventative maintenance or a service contract.

Compare the scope

What should a maintenance proposal explain?

A clear equipment list makes a maintenance or service-contract proposal easier to compare. Bring the manufacturer guidance and records you have, then ask which tasks and responsibilities belong in the agreement.

  • Equipment and planned visits

Identify each system or panel, its location and the proposed visit schedule. Ask which tasks are included for that configuration and how changes to the equipment affect the plan.

  • Parts and unplanned repairs

Ask how repair calls, replacement parts, travel and additional work are handled. Do not assume that every item is included because a proposal uses the term service contract.

  • Records and follow-up

Clarify what documentation you receive, who authorizes additional work and who tracks unresolved items. Bring current equipment faults into the conversation before agreeing future planned visits.
