Tell GSI whether you are equipping a new room, replacing a system or considering refurbished equipment. A clear proposal separates the equipment itself from the work and support around it.

  • Identify what stays and what changes

    List the existing system, detector and software you hope to retain. Ask for the exact proposed configuration and which compatibility questions still need assessment.

  • Separate included and optional work

    Ask how room planning, delivery, installation, training and existing-equipment removal are addressed. Identify the facility or third-party responsibilities alongside GSI’s proposed work.

  • Review support and acceptance

    Compare the written warranty and service terms, required documentation and handover arrangements. Confirm availability and timing for the proposed configuration rather than assuming a catalog listing is in stock.
